Grey Mouse Debt Assist operates as a Private Members Association (PMA).
All services are offered exclusively to members within our private domain.

Membership

Annual PMA Membership Fee: £49 per year

Your membership grants you access to:

     · Our private Advocacy system

     · Direct representation via Limited Power of Attorney (LPoA)

     · Ongoing creditor communication support

     · Secure, private interaction within our association

Our Advocacy Service – Pay on Success Only

We operate on a results-based model so you only contribute fully when we achieve a positive outcome.

Upfront Donation of £199 — Refundable if unsuccessful

This covers onboarding, file preparation, creditor discovery, and deployment of our Advocacy system.

Success Donation

10% of the total debt amount removed

  · Minimum Success Donation: £399

  · Maximum Success Donation: £4,999

  · The initial £199 is deducted from the success donation total.

Example:
Debt removed: £10,000
10% = £1,000
Less upfront £199 → Final Success Donation: £801

What We Do

  ✔ Act as your advocate and proxy under a Limited Power of Attorney (LPoA)
 ✔ Communicate directly with creditors on your behalf
 ✔ Handle all correspondence, negotiations, and procedural steps
 ✔ Use a proprietary Advocacy framework based on:

     · Consumer Credit Act

     · Law of Property Act

     · General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

  ✔ Relieve stress and anxiety by removing you from direct confrontation
 ✔ Keep you fully informed and in control at every stage
 ✔ Operate exclusively in the private domain for members only

What We Don’t Do

 ✘ We do not provide legal or financial advice
 ✘ We are not solicitors
 ✘ We are not FCA regulated
 ✘ We do not operate as a public debt management company
 ✘ We do not take control of your finances

Limited Power of Attorney (LPoA)

You appoint Grey Mouse Debt Assist as your advocate through a Limited Power of Attorney (LPoA) under the LPoA Act 1971.

This allows us to:

     · Represent you as your proxy

     · Communicate lawfully on your behalf with creditors

     · Protect your privacy

     · Remove the burden of stressful negotiations

You remain in full control at all times — with peace of mind and without the anxiety.
