What Is a Private Members Association (PMA)?
A Private Members Association (PMA) is a private membership organization that exists for the benefit of its members. Unlike a public company or corporation, a PMA is not open to the general public without membership. All services, information, and resources are provided strictly within the private domain to members only.
When someone joins a PMA, they enter into a private membership agreement, which creates a relationship between the member and the association. This private agreement governs how services are delivered and defines the rights and responsibilities of all parties.
